Job Title: Full-Time Licensed Therapists for South/East Asian and Women of Color-Focused Practice (NJ Licensed)
Location: Remote Telehealth (NJ)

We Rise Therapy and Wellness LLC is a mental health and wellness practice dedicated to providing accessible and culturally sensitive services to marginalized communities. Our practice focuses on filling gaps in the community and serving minority women, immigrant families, and children of immigrants by providing culturally tailored, holistic and inclusive mental health and wellness services through individual therapy, workshops, events and speaking.
Position Overview:
We are seeking driven and passionate therapists to join our team. The ideal candidate will be licensed as LAC, LSW, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsD in the state of NJ and have a strong interest in individual and group therapy. This position may also involve hosting workshops and speaking engagements, both virtually and in the community (optional). The primary focus will be on providing culturally sensitive and inclusive mental health services to South/East Asian and minority women.
Requirements
- Masters or Doctorate Degree in Counseling
- Ability to work towards a minimum of 23 clinical client hours via telehealth weekly.
- Strong clinical skills and expertise in mental health counseling.
- Interest and ability to practice culturally sensitive and inclusive mental health services.
- Excellent references and work history.
- Maintain CEU requirements per state licensing board.
- Specialty and interest in a niche preferred.

Compensation- $45-$100 per hour
